tell me more about this taifun

If you look at the picture, the silver part below the tank is a dripping atomizer. You can buy just a dropping top for it if you want to remove the tank. What you can't see in the pic is an insert that goes between the tank and the atomizer that has two small holes in in that you plug with 400 mesh. That's what regulates the dripping from the tank. Hands down my best tasting atomizer.

This video is in german but it's very clear Taifun GS -

I was always a carto tank guy, until Mad Murdock ruined that for me! You just can't get all the subtleties of his juices with a carto IMO.
I have an IGO-L that runs around 30 min per fill, which isn't bad until you have to rebuild it, about every two weeks.
The VMod is great with an Ikenvape i06, I like the 1.8 ohm so far.
The Reo is like the Provari as far as durability and are easier to operate than the VMod.
Then there are a ton of RBA/RDA options out there that will work as well! But as stated before, some of them can be a royal pain to rebuild, fill and get adjusted right!
Sounds like you've settled on the REO which I think is a fine choice, just wanted to make sure you, or someone else reading this, didn't miss out on some other alternatives!

I have been fighting the box mods because I still enjoy the tubes but gosh I have heard such great things about the Reo's! I guess I know where my next purchase will be....I'm going to check out deals and dive into the Reo pool! Thanks for all your input.

With much gratitude to the vape community and all my great vape gear:

Welcome to REOville.

The countdown to launch of a new REOnaut has begun.

You can build a good coil on a RDA that will hold a ton of liquid. You can use cotton for normal wicks, beds, or dragon wicks.. the normal style wicks will work best for longer periods in between dripping. I think I had one wick that held close to 40 drops, and I only had to drip 20 every now and then with it. If I'm dripping, I'm running through different flavors faster than my carto tanks, so I don't do that.. It does work, though.

I drip mostly but when I need to go on a long road trip or out and about and dripping isn't ideal, I only like the big Resurrector cartomizers. They hold alot of juice and the flavor on them are good. They are pretty much the best tasting cartomizers I have tried, and I've tried so many. I get the XL Resurrectors from Crystal Clear Vaping. He sells them in a 3 box bundle and has free shipping, so it's a good deal. They aren't pretty but they work good. I always have some around for backup. I also like to give them to new vapers when they are first starting because they are fail proof and easy to use.

The Reo is a huge investment if you're not sure you're going to like it... That's why I love the Aurora, it's almost like a Reo without the huge price tag...

Realistically a Reo costs less than a months worth of smokes for a pack a day smoker. If you end up liking it, each month after the first month, it will have paid for itself. I have been using the same Reo for almost 3 years now, and it has paid itself off almost 36 times.

If you do not end up liking it, it will sell on the classies for nearly full price within a few hours, so you will be out very little if you decide to sell it.

Ya, not a big investement, but that's not the problem,

the problem is I use your justification on the daily spending my months "smoking budget" on shiny toys. I can't buy vape gear till 2032 to break even.
