Heh, yeah. As if all this stuff wasn't confusing enough to figure out in the first place, it's banned on top of that (in Canada).

It's ok.... it's not banned in my home, my car or my office whereas smoking is! Also, please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe vaping is banned in Canada nor is the electronic cigarette and non-nicotine containing e-juice. The sale of e-juice containing nicotine however is banned. Again, correct me if I'm wrong...

I think you're right. I'm guessing that e-juice with nicotine isn't illegal to use - just illegal to import. A subtle distinction, I know.
