I LOVE my BP! Now, how do I clean it?

I have had my Buzz Pro for about two weeks now and I am in complete love. It has changed my vaping experience in so many positive ways- thanks Mike for making this awesomeness available.

Because I love it so I want to take excellent care of it- but truthfully I am somewhat clueless as to the proper care. It's not vaping as great as it was when I first got it- though it's still a much better vape than my other pv's. I have read threads that mention alcohol baths, but I am so paranoid that I will screw it up if I do it. I want to be sure I am doing it correctly. And, I also want to maintain it after that.

So, how do you do an alcohol bath? And, how do you care for your Buzz Pro to keep it working in top condition?

You can use 90% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) that's available in any dept store or pharmacy. Stick the BP in a cup (remove batteries first) and fill it with iso until the voltage dial is covered. Let it sit for a few hours then empty it out and let it dry overnight or use a hair dryer on low heat.

most likely it is a carto / atty going south , did you get juice in it by accident ?? I would not do the bath unless it is absolutely needed !
For general cleaning I just use a damp cloth or napkin for the outside .

DO you DRIP ??

I don't drip, I use cartos, sometimes with tanks. I won't do the bath unless necessary, I wanted to know how to do it just in case.

I did have a tank leak on me about a week ago, come to think of it. I cleaned out the top part with paper towels, nothing else and I didn't take it apart or anything. It worked fine after that. It does work, just not as well as it did, and it is probably just the cartos. I'll fill a new one, just to see.

The alcohol bath is for when juice gets inside, shorts it out, and it quits working. Other than what Mike said about cleaning the outside the only other thing that might need cleaned is the connector if it has juice in it. For that I just use the canned air you use for cleaning PCs. it works great.
