Some of you may be familiar with the problems I've encountered the past couple of months trying to find a vaping unit that works well for me. I think my problems are solved. I've been using a Joyetech Egrip for two days and I'm thrilled and delighted. No tanks to fool with, it's built in. It gives a wonderful smooth hit. It's 20 watts and you can actually vape at full 20 without worrying if your coil is going to fry. You have to use the replacement coils, 1.5, designed by Joyetech, can't use generics. It holds almost 4 ml of juice so you can fill er up and you're good for the day. I could go on and on, but suffice to say this little unit is AWESOME. If you're into simplicity, not into building your own and fooling with a lot of different tanks etc then you should check it out.

Its $69.99 everywhere except I found one place selling it for $49.99, Vape NW. I just ordered a second color. They also sent me a 17 ml bottle of juice (I asked if they could send me a "sample" of one of the juices they carry.)

I was going to do a post about this too. I recently acquired one for my father. Smokes 3 packs a day. He got this set up 1:30 yesterday. he's had 2 cigarettes since. he absolutely loves the size and ease of use with the eGrip. Plus the one I got, not sure if it's wrapped or not, a forum friend did a PIF for me and this has a wood pattern on it. I think this will work for him and maybe after years of trying to quit and going back to smoking. He may quit this time. He only smoked this morning, not once since.

It's such a wonderful feeling when you find something that works for you! It's all about enjoying your vape now! I have found a pretty good fit for myself too with the IPV3 150 watt box. It does everything I want it too including vaping a low sub ohm. The tanks I find that fit for me are both my RBAS / RDAS .for awhile I was going through about a unit a month because I was searching for a device to meet my desires. Finally I've found mine too! Next month will be my first year smoke free and I find I'm enjoying vaping more and more e eryday and every aspect of it! I just wanted to pop in and congratulate you on finding what makes you happy! That's what it's all about right there! Finding something your satisfied with and can enjoy! I wish you the very best and hope you continue to enjoy your vaping journey! Have fun! enjoy yourself!

Had mine 3 months with the Rba base about a couple of months.

Must confess it is always with me as one of my out and about and travel devices. Spent a load of time traveling so far this year and not sure it will calm down.

The vape quality is the surprise takeaway. This is used with a DNA40 Flask and Origeny, Black Oak and Rose or Billet Box with a prototype Urq atty.

The E Grip with RBA stands comparison. Ok hand on heart the other attys perform better but just for flavour and that is marginal. Considering E Grip and RBA costs less than just the attys above let alone mods.....it is simply a stand out performer.

Downsides ?

Cleaning the tank can be a pain.

Would rather there be a stop points on the wheel for lowest and highest setting when changing wattage so you know definitively where you are. I loaned mine out and....yeah been trying to figure it out since I got it back lol

Thanks, I think he's had 6 cigarettes in the last 2 days. So I'm happy with results so far.
I've spent a lot too, but settled on Reo's. I'm absolutely happy with them. Had I started with a Reo, I wouldn't have bought anything else.
Had about 8 or 9 Reos over the last 3 years. Keep getting them and selling them on.

Going to be getting a LP Tumbled and keeping it !

Sorry to get off topic Bombeni :)

I've had a wide variety of mods, from mech/hybrid mods and regulated mods, but I never liked them all that much. Reo's are just functional and got my first in January. I have my Odin's I like and don't plan to blow money on atty's. I DIY my unflavored nic base so I think I may start saving money now :p haha

If I ever sold a Reo, I'd sell the one that was stripped down to TRA, but not sure if I will. I really like the SL look.

I just got the egrip in the mail! It looks great! I can't play with it right now cause I'm at work but tonight I'm going to set it up. Man that RBA base is REALLY tiny!! I hope I'll be able to put a coil on it. Overall it looks like a great little device!

You'll notice 2 juice holes with no wick in front just open to the deck, I was getting some leaking on my RBA head so using a pin i stuffed the sides with rayon which covered the holes and used max VG juice and all was well.

I was watching a build tutorial on You Tube just a few ago and the guy said that was a problem. Thanks for the advice!

If you guys can post on the new vapers thread, when ppl ask for suggestions of what to buy, tell them about the Egrip! I'm still fairly new to vaping but yet I have $200 worth of vaping stuff that is in a basket, mostly fried and mismatched junk. If only someone had steered me to the Egrip when I asked at the New Members thread.....:glare:
