It is a portable vaping battery pack.... mostly. I call it the E-Hooka, or even...... E-....

I put a fancy light in the end of the passthrough to make myself happy today. I might build one inside of a Mayonnaise jar next.

I uploaded a video my neighbor made into the original post. Oh man. What a whackjob..... You can see tha vapor it makes anyway, and I haven't charged the batteries in three days, have like 7-8 hours vaping on this thing on one charge so far.
