I use an eGo-T and love it... However, I can't stress enough... Get a LR atomizer! They cost around 10$, but well worth it. The difference between the 'normal' atomizer and a LR atomizer for the eGo-T is night and day.

As far as vendors go... Everyone has their favorites... My top three so far are: myvaporstore.com, ............com and vaporleaf.com.

Good luck and vape on!

Yes! Regardless for the path I take, LR is going to be a part of it. :w00t:

Ego-C, which is only available through Ovale currently, has addressed the leaking tank problem that users of the T experienced. There are quite a few of us using this one over the T and are quite pleased with it. None of us have experienced leaks with the C.

Thank you for the great info, but I am becoming concerned over the muted taste. What has your experience been with this?

Thank you for this! Yes, the TH is important to me, but don't want to lose aroma and flavor. Looking for that balance that works for me. I really appreciate the input!

I'm in the same boat. I like flavor/aroma and TH. What I found to work for me is a Riva battery with 2.4 ohm CE2 Clearomizers. The Clearos are great if you take the time mod them properly.

Well, I'm new as well, and I've hit the 7 day wall of no taste at all (temporary, I'm told). But if you look at that second link, especially post 12, I think that the LR atomizer that you can order at the same time will take care of that. It's next on my list to order.

I can tell you that there is NO muted taste with menthol (which we asked to be the free juice included with my bf's kit).

My taste is starting to come back today, and my juices taste pretty good. I'm very anxious to try it with the LR atties though - and they cost the same as the SR atties that come with the system.

I second the KGO suggestion. It even handles Boba's Bounty type of juices. (tons of vapor!) Most tank systems aren't BB friendly. The KGO has a much longer battery life in between charges than the little (but not wimpy) Volt does.

To be honest, the Volt is really satisfying, in both flavor, vapor and TH. IMHO, you'll be hard pressed to find an equivalent unless you move up to the VV type of mods. (Integrity by Notcigs or the BuzzPro are two exceptional mods with zillions of safety features). Those are worth it, for finding your own personal sweet spot with your favorite juices. (I don't know which tanks are BB friendly though, you'll have to research).

Good luck, and vape on!

PM sent...I actually live about 20 minutes away from you. We could meet up so I could give you the eGo batt/charger and show you a for real bigger battery, throat hit and clouds of vapor on my Reo.:vapor::vapor::vapor:

Actually, I know of another deep east Texas vapor that might want to vape along too!

Just PMed you. I'm speechless! What are of the odds of two people, on an international forum, being 20 miles apart. I would LOVE to see both of your rigs! Yoo Hoo!!! :rickroll: :vapor::vapor::vapor:

I continue to be amazed and grateful to Della Cirque for giving me an eGo-T battery with a assortment of handy bits, including a drip tip, an few LR attys and a cool mod thingie she made herself. She offered this generous gift late last night\early this morning, and because we live 20 miles apart, I already have in my hot little hand. (You do the math. The odds are bind-boggling).

She even let me take a hit off of her mod that was clearly from the Big People's Table. (I have already forgotten what she called it, but upon the first hit, I saw pandas throwing Frisbees to Unicorns right there in the Lowe's parking lot).

Anyway, everyone who suggested the LR carts were dead on. The hit is fantastic. I can't wait for my first bottles of juice to arrive (hopefully tomorrow). I have not made my decision yet, but I can't put a price tag on the value of having an eGo-T in my hands.

Now I will do my research on the KGO, Echo-e, and others.

Thanks again for all the advice!

...and if you run across Della Cirque, give her a nice e-hug!

Thats awesome that Della did that!

It seems that you like LR attys/cartos and will prob be using them alot. If you are, I would def go with a 3.7V PV over the eGo. You can fry an eGo battery using 1.5ohm or 1.7ohm cartos. Even the 2.0ohm stress the battery slightly, but theres a lot less of a chance of frying the mosfet with the 2.0ohms. A 3.7V will give a slightly warmer vape and slightly more TH than an eGo, and the 3.7Vs also handle LR attys/cartos much better. The Riva, kGo, and E-Power are all nice 3.7V that are fairly inexpensive. I use an E-Power and love it. The E-Power is very similar to the Riva/kGo, but is the only one out of the 3 that uses non-proprietary batteries and thats what I really liked. E-Power batteries cost $4 compared to eGo/Riva/kGo batteries that are $14-20, and they last a lot longer before they need to be replaced. What I also like with the batteries is that its very easy to carry a spare. E-Power batteries are about the size of a AA, but alittle longer, so its very easy to throw an extra in your pocket. They are 1050mah and you get 2 with the kit, I get about a day to a day and a half on one battery. Also everything is replaceable on the E-Power so it really keeps costs down, which I really liked. The kGo and Riva are both really nice but thats one thing I dont like about them. The tube, battery, and switch are all one piece. So if your switch fails, you have to buy a whole new unit. If your battery fails, whole new unit. On the E-Power the battery, tube, and switch are all seperate. So if you need a new switch, you can buy just a new switch and keep using your existing tube and battery.
I also dont like that since the eGo/Riva/kGo do have proprietary batteries, if you want to carry a spare battery, you basically have to carry 2 PVs. Which isnt horrible, but when your out all day and always going to places for work like I am, carrying a backup would be kind of annoying.
The Riva and kGo are both great PVs, the E-Power just fit my needs better. But both are popular and work very well. Id prob pick the kGo over the Riva bc it has a 1100mah battery and most lGo users get at least a day on one battery. You can get the Riva for a great priced though, so its kind of a toss up.
I just like the E-Power bc it gave me what I was looking for and if you get it from CCV you get about $25 in free stuff(free Ressurector cartos, free 30ml juice of your choice, and free shipping) so its a great deal.
Either way I think you would be very happy with any of them.
Goodluck with it and I hope your enjoying your new eGo!!

HIGH second recommendation on the eGo-C!!! I started with an eGo and I'm still very happy at seven months+. But the new eGo-C seems to have a lot of improvements over the provious eGo tank systems. Dying to get this kit as my first move up from my start with a plain eGo with carts!

Once the somewhat .... folks at JoyeTech open up the line to more distributors there will be more options for purchasing the consumables. But right now I'm about an inch away from ordering the kit from Ovale.

Go for it, and go ahead and get the LR atomizers too. Or since you already have an Ego battery - just get the atty cone and LR atties and convert your current eGo batteries to the C!

I've already purchased 2 Ego-C starter kits. Got mine, and two days after it arrived purchased a second kit for the BF. He finally picked it up yesterday after his Safe Cig Micro's didn't last him all day (snicker, snicker). I knew I just had to let him experience that before he'd try it (and he calls ME hard-headed! LOL).

Today he took his Ego-C to work with him and vaped on it all day and left the Safe Cig Micros at home. :D

Yeah, I would but I just ordered some 901 batts on the cheap with 510 adapters because my eGo batts are pooping out at the seven month mark. I don't know if I would be pushing the envelope trying to get the eGo-C stuff to fit a 901 batt with a 510 adapter. So it would be the whole kit + the LR attys. KA-CHING! I sorta ka-chinged a lot black Friday through cyber Monday...

But Lo! December is only one day away! Right? And that's a whole new month that I haven't even done any shopping in yet so...

Oh, the things we can rationalize when we really want to! :p

I highly doubt Ovale is gonna jump to the alleged MSRP when the calendar changes tomorrow. (Seriously, I wouldn't want to charge it until the first of the week.)
