EGo-T kits are pretty good. Just be aware that the tanks tend to mute the flavor somewhat,

curious as to your statement, how so? not being confrontational in any way, just wondering why you think that.

I have been using a tank for a only few months now after using carts for a year or so, albeit I was only doing simple tobacco flavors with the carts and have now expanded to more complex flavors since on the tank. Was wondering if maybe I should try the cartos again after reading your input..

I have an Ego-T and 510-T and Ego-T is simply great. It had battery that last forever and vapor like no other. It can really hold liquid to last me for a week or so.

Only bad point is it really huge and long. Doesnt fit on my pocket shirt and I feel embarrassed to use in public. Feels like I'm playing a flute and sucking a .... at the same time. lol.

Vaping, to me, is a trial process. I started 3 years ago with The Smoking Stick. It wasn't ideal for quitting anologs, but then I wasn't trying to quit completely (I did not want to go out in the Texas heat all the time). I eventually starting filling my own carts with the same style cig look a likes. Now, I've quit analogs completely. I have a Joytech Ego-t-B and a Ovale Ego-c. My Ego-t-B atomizers last about a month each, give or take. I use only clear juice and I clean them as soon as they start generating a lot of heat. I take the pierce plate and wick out, soak in isophile alcohol, then warm water. I dry burn slowly till coil is shiny white. Then I reassemble with usb glycerine. My Ego-C is 2 weeks old and the 1st atomizer is going real strong. Right now, I'm vaping a free sample of egg nog from vapor bomb and enjoying it. hope this helps. :vapor:

This has been a very interesting and heart warming thread to read. Par for course here at ECF, wisdom and sharing, making this the very best of worlds.
I have been using my eGo t type A for a month & am happy with it-though if I could I would probably upgrade, like someone said when I win the lotto or something. I like my eGo & have had no problems with my starter kit items. I got an LR atty & it was horrible. Have fiddled with it & just can't use it, it burns and is terrible. I ordered a couple more SR's that appear to be on a slow boat from China, but sure hope they work. Finding the right juice is a little tricky, but I think that's just true for any device.
I hope you enjoy your eGo & thank everyone for sharing ideas. :vapor:

Ihave to agree, hate the bitter taste that I get from the LR, luckily I bought it in town and they were kind enough to exchange it for an SR even after using it for a week!

I switched to an ego-T for better battery life and more vapor, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I've been very happy with it. The atomizers did seem to gum up easily, though, which was a frustration. I switched to CE2 clearomizers instead of the tank/atomizers and that was perfect. Then I switched to the CE3 smokymizers and it's even better :) For the first time, I'm completely satisfied with my set-up and not exploring alternatives. I bought my starter kit through minicigarette.net (good price on a kit with 1000 mAh batteries with pass-through charging) and additional components from myvaporstore. Happy with both vendors :) The batteries last a LONG time (I can go a full day without charging) and put out plenty of vapor.

Good luck!

I am new to vaping, only 5 days so I am not experienced. For me it was natural: from two packs a day to zero right after my first vape.
I have bought first an Ego-T clone and a couple of days later an Ego-C (the original from Joyetech). I can tell you this: buy the Ego-C. It is much better than the Ego-T. Even if only for the button color which changes to blue when the battery is low. Also I think the taste is stronger on Ego-C. Ego-T was a 2011 product, Ego-C is a 2012 product. Both are probably good but why not have the latest one?

D'oh! I got an Ego-T type b on Saturday from Cignot. Go figger, they got the Ego-C in this week, but do sell a conversion/add-on kit to use with your existing T batteries for 20 bucks. Might have to give it a shot when I place my next order... maybe an LR atty too...
Satisfied with the B so far. No tank issues, actually no issues at all. Big step up from the Njoy that is my backup and the Blu I returned.

My 1st post....but I have been lurking for quiet some time.My sister has been vaping for a few years now,so when I started a few months ago she had me buy an Ego.Then I purchased a 510 Tank.I put the 510 Tank on the ego..HUGE difference.I now have an mega Ego -T.I LOVE this thing.I work at a desk all day.I am vaping all day I fill it up in the morning and again before I go home.It hasn't leaked. There is no juice in my mouth. It goes from 8 in the morning until 8 at night on a charge.I have spent @ 800 dollars looking for the perfect vape.....since I found it in the tank....I can finally go back to work.
