My logic is that if you feel you're getting too much, try knocking the nicotine down a touch. I find DIYing helps with this. That said Pizza2Me is quite right in that you wanna avoid the analogues first.

I stopped 24mg on a morning because I couldn't stand the thought of that much nicotine with the hangover I had and it carried on from there. I recognised that 18mg all day was making it hard to sleep so I knocked it down to 12 and now I'm working on reducing my nicotine very gradually over the coming months, in theory to get off nicotine for good.

vaping is very individualistic. Unlike other methods of tobacco cessation, you're not considered exactly the same as everyone else and given the exact same means to get off the stinkies with the expectation that they'll work. The sheer range of hardware and juices is very indicative of that. What works for you, works for you and that's great! Don't sweat it too much!x
