Hey guys, My name is Mike and i've been smoking tobacco for over 8 years. I stumbled upon vaping on instagram and was instantly hooked. Besides vaping being way healthier for you, I was sold on how many options to customize your device to show your individuality. My first setup is in the mail, so hopefully I enjoy it.

Congrats!

Welcome to ECF.

Vaping can be very cost saving, or very expensive, or anywhere in between

Expect to spend a few $$ getting started. Lots of different things to try, cartos, clearos of all kinds, tanks, batteries, drip tips, and juices...

Just depends on what you want to do with it.

My first week i have spent £80 quid so far. Bought my device which came with 2 of everything so me and mother are off the cigs. Bought 3 flavours from china...Didnt realise where they originated so not so sure about them.....Bought a batch of DIY stuff to make 270ml of juice and a couple spare clearomisers. Its as expencive as you want it to be...At the end of the day ive still spent less than i would have if i was still smoking. As long as it costs me and mother less than £14 a day to vape im happy enough :)

Next month my cost will be down to about 60p a day to vape which is a big improvement on the smokes :)

This will probably become a very expensive hobby for me. I'm almost 200$ in and I don't even know if i like it or not lol
expensive in the beginning, put in 2 months you will be down to juice, and misc. stuff. i haven't spent any money in about 2 weeks myself. expect another 2 weeks b4 i need to buy more juice. and not wasting it on poison?, PRICELESS. lots of good advice on here. make use of it. and don't make any crazy decisions about your quitting program until you enjoy 1 month of tobacco withdrawal. attitudes, and goals change quickly in the first month. just take it 1 day at a time, and keep at it.don't forget to hydrate.

I'ts been three weeks for me, and I've spent 500. I really need to control my spending but it's so hard!! I'm a gadget freak!! I'm very excited about getting my Vamo tomorrow. I told myself, after that, I will chill out. And I couldn't NOT get a mod after all the reading I've been doing. I still smoke about seven analogs a day, but that number will go lower, I know it will. Over twenty years smoking a pack a day, so for me, that's not bad ;-). This is my second go round with ecigs. The first, years ago, was dissapointing.

I am so happy to find this place. I started vaping with an ego T upgrade early Feb. It was a process to wean off tobacco and I smoked a couple of stinkies a day for awhile until they started tasting bad. I smoked for decades and tried everything to quit but nothing worked until now. I am currently 3 weeks w/o analog cigs and my taste buds are coming alive. Have been having fun experimenting with various juice flavors and working out a favorite. Yes, spending a bit on my new hobby but still it's cheaper than tobacco. Feeling good too! Priceless.
