Why is it whenever I buy a 30ml from a vendor there is half an inch or more space at the top but whenever I make a 30ml it's filled right to the tip? LOL ; )

Hope this concerns flavors and not e liquid.
The gov. can be quick to make laws about vaping but when it comes to enforcing existing laws for some businesses( truth in advertising), it somehow falls short. This is not the first time I have heard this complaint. Who is this vendor and please point them out after you contact them. Would like to hear the explanation.

Most bottles hold a bit more than labeled to account for some headspace.

According to the video PBusardo put up on Molecule labs, there are inconsistencies in the bottle thicknesses and if they are filled by volume some appear to have less liquid in them. They pay someone to top up the bottles that appear to be low.
Some labs may not suffer the added expense just for optics sake.
I'd bet even if it appears low that if it was filled by volume and if it is still sealed, there is still 30ml. in there. Cheers.

Yeah, I re use their bottles. It's not 30ml, I was joking. Pretty much every vendor I've tried just fills to the top of the label. Last 50ml bottle of VG I got had maybe 40ml tops in it. Probably air for steeping I'd guess, I have 3 different bottles and they all fill to the very top.

Because a lot of the bottles are actually 35ml bottles the vendor uses.

I use their bottles... I have frosted, clear, the hard plastic clear and glass. They all fill to the very top with 30ml. They all sell about 25ml as 30ml I'd say.

Update... They were just new bottles they never used before. Must have got complaints because today they were filled to the tip. Could be who is working too, owners tend to be cheap donkeys.
