I just ordered the eGo twist VV, but I think I will need something smaller that fits in my pocket for work. Can anyone make a suggestion on a good pv that would work well as my backup and for stealth vaping at work or other places where the ego wont work well? Thanks.

I think they make that in 650mah, if not try the Vision spinners at 650 MaH or a Volt V2..both are regulated voltage and smaller form factor.
I currently use a Smoktech variable voltage Gripper, sort of a box mod, for stealth vaping at work. About the same dimensions as a small pack of analogs, so it is pocketable. Uses an 18650 battery 2000 mah IMR battery for over 20 hours of vape time. I got mine at Mad Vapes for $50.

With a small carto, you can carry it in the palm of your hand and no one knows you are holding anything .... ;-)~
I personally use either my SD Keyring or eRoll when i need to stealth vape. SD Keyring is 300 mAh. The eRoll is only 90 mAh, I think, but has a 1000 mAh PCC. Even with a standard sized carto (no drip tip) the SD is shorter then the eRoll and easily hidden in my fist.

I think you'll enjoy the Volt. The wife still loves hers but I'm in charge of keeping them clean (sigh).
Note that they will gunk up on you and stop charging/performing well if you don't keep them clean...so do. I use a toothpick to dredge out the gunk around the center post and then place them threads-down in a small container with just enough pure grain alcohol (everclear, etc.) to cover the threads and let them soak for about 5 minutes or so. Take them out and shake them like a thermometer to sling the alcohol out, away from the batt. Repeat if necessary, wipe out with a paper towel and done.

I will have to look into these ego mini's for work I think this is a great idea. I learn something new everyday here!
Just thought I would mention the Little Sister VV with varicool from Ken's Box Mods...it is about the size of a lighter & yet still gives you the option to put your voltage wherever you like it. I use one at work everyday & it fits perfect in my work shirt pocket, even with a carto tank on it! 
The vapor you see is amplified by VG, so the more PG in your juice the more stealth also.
I used 400 mah egos for a little bit, but changed to Halo G6 for work, and they work great for stealth vaping. Now I have no use for the mini egos.
Another good stealth option is the Vapage Vmod 2.0. A very teeny bottom feeder with great performance. About the same length as an Ego mini/stardust, holds 4ml, and uses the 14500 battery so it lasts a long time and you can carry it safely in your front pants pocket if you so desire.
