I stealth on airliners all the time. Black Riva 650, black carto, black drip tip. The whole thing fits in my fist.
eGo with a 650mah battery, a cone, and a Boge 2.0 carto is my choice. It fits well in the hand and is short enough to be stealthy, plus you get good vapor and taste. 100% PG juice gives you flavor without the heavy associated with high VG content juices. You don't want the vapor to linger when you are stealth vaping ...
Troog with short carto no drip tip 3 inches long 2.5 inches if you put a brideless drip atty and drip with no drip tip and a plastic cap (from a carto) to cap it

Look at the Key Ring Spaceballsrules mentioned. This is just amazing. I gotta get one. Hearing good things.
I gotta try one of those key ring set ups, they look like the ultimate in stealthiness
+1 on the SD Keyring. It is shorter than a Blu which is the same size as a standard Camel Cig, plus 300Mah should give you 2-3 hours of stealthy vaping.
+1 on the SD Keyring .. though i've been vaping on my 65mm Volt cig in the office while having deep inhales to decrease the amount of vapor
