I need an ECF moderator to look at something

I had an idea for a smaller pay it forward, sort of like take a penny leave a penny. I got a reply saying I should run it by a moderator and thought this was the best way to get in touch with one.

Two PIF mods, already answered your question in your original thread.
They are the moderators you really need to speak to about changing up PIF threads.

If you read the PIF rules there is nothing that states you must give back X amount if you take X amount...in fact they state that we know newbies don't have the same resources available and wont be able to make large offers to begin with. We have small offers pop up all the time, and if they dont move along vets often add to them without asking for anything.

rose, the op might have a point. new pif members might be hesitant to participate even though our rules state that offers do not need to match in size especially for people just starting out.
but where would the harm be in opening a baby pif thread to see where it leads?

Everyone is welcome to participate in the PIF thread already.We have a VG thread,a DIY thread and a modders thread.Plus a want thread,a trade thread and a treasure thread.This is the only time anyone has asked for a smaller thread.I really dont see the need.Plus he did not ask us to do a smaller thread,he wanted to start his own PIF.He ended up jumping in on the wants thread and recieved some help from a few members who are sending him juice.Now he will have enough to participate with us without feeling funny about it.Problem solved.
