I know it's not fashionable to slag suppliers off here but I am severely ...... with Miste. Over 11 days and still waiting for my order and this is second time they've dragged it out recently. They take 5-6 days to 'process'. Huh? what are they doing? I got some pony excuse about snow but have been receiving stuff ok from other suppliers in 2/3 days max.

So who are the fastest UK juice outfits cos I'm tired of these amateurs

Hello impex42,

I'm not making excuses but the snow in some areas in the UK has not only made it impossible for some sellers to dispatch, but even when they have done so, RM just aren't delivering - even to non effected areas due to the country's rail & road networks being so badly effected.

Slightly OT but it was my birthday last week & cards from friends are still slowly arriving even though most of them where posted a week ago & there has been no snow where I live.

One supplier of juice I use regularly has gone out of his way & trudged through the snow, on foot to the post office, to try & get orders out, only to find the PO is closed due to the adverse weather :(

I hear you (at least your guy made an effort) but the order was placed just before the snow arrived so if they'd not mucked about and got it out quickly I wouldn't still be waiting. Miste are only in Twickenham and had less snow than us (we had a foot and still managed to work normally) - IMHO it sorts the men from the boys

so far cloud 9, totally wicked and liberty flights have given the best service I have ever had from any supplier of anything. Lisa at cloud 9 wraps items perfectly and you get thm next day as its next day delivery. TW sent a free pen it did not work but hey ho the mission statement card was a good touch and liberty flights are low priced and keep it simple and quick. Also the money for reviews touch is brilliant.

interesting to hear other's views. I'm gradually weeding out the rubbish.

TW I don't know, Cloud9 do seem efficient & iVapour have always been good. Not sure about Liberty Flights who have been dead keen to take large £ amounts off me but have completely ignored emails now I need customer service: my LG going wrong after just 2 months. This puts me off spending any more with them (+ anyone I talk to about it).

Too many UK suppliers simply don't understand the negative effect of poor service on customer attitudes & therefore on profit margins - the g/f trains dense corporate & retail staff about this issue on a daily basis so I learn a lot ^^

Seems tv & media are finally picking up on it (e.g Mary Portas: Secret Shopper, Wednesdays, C4):2cool:

u.k.
It's a shame there isn't some where to rate these companies so at a glance you know which is a good company because there are so many, if someone is new to it and maybe gets a bad customer service or price etc it may deter them from vaping and take them back to the smokes. When i was smoking there was no way i could wait an extra day for a cigarette it's the same if i run out of liquid so to know you are not going to be messed around is a big issue. Recommendations are fine but you have to hunt them down which is a task in itself, so some chart or whatever all in one place would be ideal in my opinion.

TW have an excellent customer services record. Items are shipped quick too, I know they are slightly pricey but it's all top quality. Watch out for they're sales when they have some excellent rates. As for the LG, I would contact Garry D direct if you're not having any joy with LF (he has his own section on the LF forum)

Thanks for yr suggestions Blue, I did consider emailing GD but legally the contract of sale is with LF and they should deal with complaints rather than offloading on their supplier. As Liberty Flights clearly can't be bothered, I won't be giving them any more orders.

As for Vapour Dwarf's comments - I wholeheartedly agree. UK consumers are getting a raw deal far too often and we all need to kick some ... by boycotting the trashy suppliers and supporting the good ones.
