You don't mention what mod(s) you use. Kind of important. Since you don't get to respond to this after the initial post. I will try to be generic. If you have not done and RDA before a tank it can be frustrating. I'd start with a dripper if you want to get into rebuilding. Make sure you up on ohms law and battery safety first. As far as tanks go if you liked the Aspire why not repair it or replace it. If you have a mod that will do sub ohm/below one ohm I'd give the Kanger Subtank a look. If you do not have a subohm capable mod then I'd go with either the Kanger Or Aspire BVC atty's. Oh I have had all the mentioned and the Kanger Subtank is the best if you can use it. I use the .5 ohm as it will go to 30 watts. They do have a non sub ohm head 1.2 ohms but it will only do 25 watts and I don't know how that performs.

Kayfun or Russian is my vote....

You need to build coils....Easy Peasy....Youtube search Kayfun build.....

I used to recommend chimney builds but I do not anymore....for some reason mine aleays gunk up and they are a pian to rewick.

Another to trry is the Erlkinogen....A mother to get right but a real pleasure to vape once mastered. Go to the trbuildable atomizer forum, read study and replicate....

This aint rocket surgery either.

Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators will keep you from hurting yourself and your gear....spend some time with it....

Start with 28 ga Kanthal wire...stay above 1.2 ohms till you get comfortable coiling and using the calculator....leave 30% headroom on your batteries.

I run my Kayfuns at 11-14 watts....Erl is a better vape at 14-20 range.

Happy Hunting

Or you could look into the Kanger Subtank. It's got pre-built heads that you can buy, like the nautilus....but it also has a head that you can buy that turns it into a rebuildable.

If nothing else, you've got a good way to try out rebuilding without committing a ton of cash to it. If you don't like the tinkering involved, you can just keep buying the pre-made heads.
