I’ve seen that. My problem is the lack of communication, it’s been 7 days. I’ve seen Things browsing the forum like there will be parts of an order out of stock and that’s why it’s still processing, and if they didn’t come specially here they would be SoL. I’m just quite peeved it’s come to this. If they actually responded to tickets from their paid customers I wouldn’t be here complaining about it. They don’t mind taking my money Immediately and it doesn’t take a week to put 4 items in a box And ship it.
Hi Robert, I'm sorry you had to reach out, as I'm sure you're aware, there is a delay on shipping and responding to tickets right now due to massive demand, I'm sorry if this wasn't made obvious to you.
I managed to find your order and in your case, when customers fail age verification, this can add an additional day on to shipping times while the ID is checked manually. Unfortunately, when age verification is failed this can also lead to out of stock issues as the order doesn't become 'official' until it is passed, I'm sorry this happened in your case. We are working to make sure this doesn't happen in the future.
