Well, honestly, it looks like you have a bunch of primary flavorings. But you need some flavorings as secondary ones, or blenders, as I think of them (ie. Sweet Cream, Bavarian Cream, Vanilla Swirl maybe or Vanilla Custard, Whipped Cream, etc.). Also IMO you need some Sweetener or Cotton Candy, too. One of those 2, or sometimes even both, are used in most recipes I've run across anyway.

Once you get some of the above...you could make quite a few different recipes with what you've already got! Hard to really make much though, without them.

You could throw together some straight up RY4.
If PA is "Perfumers Apprentice" then I use their "DOUBLE RY4" a lot. Like a LOT. I buy it in big bottles.
And it's yummy - creamy, caramel, hint of tobacco. I do add Bavarian Creme, and some other stuff - but it's pretty good by itself - IF you like that kind of flavor...

Percentage kind of depends on preference and hardware - but you can go as high as 15% if you just want to whip something up and try it, RY4 can be that easy.

put a small amount of unflavored in a bottle, add a few drops and see how it tastes. My DIY has just 1.5% flavoring. I've been as low as 1% and getting good taste. I find the commercial premix is overpowering. If you have commerical pre-mix that you like try diluting the flavor 25/75.

I also use very little flavoring, usually 0-5%. It can depend on your preferred nic level and VG/PG ratio. Nicotine adds a somewhat harsh, peppery flavor at higher strengths, and I prefer very little PG. At 3mg/ml, using 80-90% VG, I get just a bit of throat hit and a slight taste of nicotine which isn't entirely unpleasant. A lot of the time, I don't bother to add flavoring at all, and just vape unflavored.

Of course, taste is subjective. VG by itself is slightly sweet, and as I prefer high VG liquid, it's almost enough flavor by itself. I only add enough PG so that the liquid will wick well in my tanks - most sub-ohm tanks with big juice channels can handle up to 90% VG without too much trouble.

If you're used to vaping liquids with more PG, or higher nic level, you may want more flavor. I'd recommend you first find a VG/PG ratio and nic level that works for you, and then start adding small amounts of flavor. You can always add a couple more drops, but you can't take any out.
