I need help making strawberry

I'm guessing FlavourArt is not the right flavoring for strawberry.

I'm using 50% PG, and VG to make up the difference from flavoring.

This is what I've tried:

7.5% with 1 drop EZ-Sweetz
7.5% with 2 drop EZ-Sweetz
7.5% with 0 drop EZ-Sweetz
10% with 1 drop EZ-Sweetz
10% with 2 drop EZ-Sweetz
10% with 3 drop EZ-Sweetz
15% with 0 drop EZ-Sweetz

I'm getting no/very little strawberry flavor at 15%, after 2 days.

Any suggestions?

Let us know how the Capella strawberry does. I find that all the flavors I get from them are really good on their own. I like the sweetener I got from liberty flights but I don't know exactly what it is.

I will. The only sweetener I have is EZ-Sweetz, so the next time I place an order with LF, I will order theirs.

I'm also going to try the FA strawberry with a higher PG ratio. I can tell its a true strawberry flavor, so I'd really like to get it to work.

what calc are you using?

what are your percentages i.e. base nic, target nic, have you set the flavouring to 100% PG? in resulting receipe what overall PG / VG are you aiming for? what percentage of flavouring are you using?

I'm using the Excel simple e-liquid calculator and 50% PG nic base, so my flavor percentages (5/10/15%) were total volume.

Example for 15 ml of 18 mg at 15% flavoring:

15 ml base (36 mg PG)
10.5 ml VG
4.5 ml flavor (strawberry)

I'm starting to think that I have to cut the VG percentage and up the flavor percentage for FlavourArt fruit flavors to work because I experimented with Watermelon and its really good, but flavor is at 25% total volume. I never went higher than 15% with FA strawberry.

are you using a 50% pg and 50% vg base nicotine? if yes what strength? so for example 100% PG nicotine base at 48mg
what is your target nicotine strength? 12/18/24mg?
what amount are you trying to make ? 15ml?

what final PG / VG ratio mix do you require? a 50/50 mix or a 60/40 or a 70/30?

Sorry that I'm not able to convey this better. I understand that some people add flavor after they make their base liquid.

For simplicity's sake:

I always have 50% 36 mg PG. The other 50% is VG and flavoring.

My problem is flavoring, specifically FlavourArt Strawberry flavor.

Yes, you are right.

I hesitate to call it a 50/50, because it's actually 50% PG/35% VG/15% flavoring.

(I started at 5% flavoring and worked up to 15%)

try making 3ml so you dont waste 15ml in case its wrong

do you have plain VG?

using the calc i recommended i believe you mix the following quantites together:

1.5ml nicotine juice
1.2ml plain VG
0.3ml flavouring

Thanks, yes, I have plain VG.

This is a 10% flavor mixture and I've tried it.

There's just something about FlavorArt Strawberry. As soon as I get the other two strawberry flavorings, I'll try it with those.

Yes, I've gone up to as high as this alternative with more flavor, so it might just be me and FA strawberry. Its not bad, it's just not a strong flavor.

My FA strawberry came from someone who buys in bulk and rebottles it, so that might be another possible issue.

I don't have banana yet, that sounds really good! I've had good luck with my other FlavourArt flavors, just not strawberry

I meant to write that I was only using 15 ml as an example when I first replied to you, I have mixed up 3 ml batches on my quest for strawberry.
