I don't understand how to use this at all. I have pg nic juice then pg and vg with no nic..and I want to add 3 flavors of Perfumer's apprentice flavor. How the heck do I do this?

The Boxes at the top for PG and VG %'s are for your Nicotine mix, for expample I use a base nic of 70/30 VG/PG, if yours is just PG then enter 100 in the PG box.
The Boxes halfway down the screen for PG and VG %'s are your final target PG/VG mix. change these to get your desired final mix.

Nope doesn't help. I am getting negative pg numbers. Ok here is another question. I saw the recipes on the site and here is how they have them set up. I have no clue what the numbers in red mean

If you're talking about the Recipes on the website, You need to save the recipe to your local Directory as stated on the website, then open it from the File Open menu in the E-juice calculator.
From Breaktru's website:
Download an ".rec" recipe file and save it to your "ejuice Me Up" folder.
The default installation Folder is:
C:\Program Folders(x86)\Breaktru Software\eJuice Me Up

Ok I got this to work thank you! Now my question is, the percentage of PG/VG is at 50 percent for both? Is this the normal percentages to use or should it be 80% PG and 20%VG?
Your final percentage is up to you, you adjust the values in the boxes to suit your vaping needs, I prefer a 30/70 PG/VG mix normaly.
I only have a blackberry!!! So Mauzey is the 30 percent the pg or vg? I am guessing you are meaning 30 pg and 70 vg

Thanks for that! I downloaded the calc last night. I was wondering about the PG/VG in the flavors since I didn't notice any mention of PG/VG in them, and I suspected I should put 100% PG in the box but wasn't sure...thanks for confirming that!
