Hi, I'm new to this...Is it unusual for orders to take so long.?. I ordered a starter kit on May 12 and have yet to get my order or hear from them...I have sent 2 emails to them with no response. I don't know if I should contact PayPal yet or not. I am leaving on vacation in a couple of weeks and so hoped it would come in before I leave. Does it always take this long? Is this site credible? The money has already cleared my bank and I can not get anyone on the phone! Any answers will be helpful.. I live in the US.

Site info would be helpful. Good news is you used PayPal so if something goes wrong you can probably open a case with no problem.
Is this the site? I never used this source but coming from China this may not be unusual. I noticed that their support page has a contact email address and also an online support form. Good luck and welcome!

If it is Eastmall as cited they provide you with an EMS tracking number once your order has been shipped & send you an e-mail with the shipment tracking number - which is also available from your Eastmall account. Have you bothered to check the tracking on your shipment?
Just curiosity, was it a vaping starter kit or a DIY Juce starter kit.
I only ask because if a vaping starter kit my experience is to buy local.
If a DIY juice starter kit I recommend www.thealchemistscupord.co.uk they are awesome and kits usually take 2 weeks tops to Australia, would imagine quicker to USA
