Real or scam? please help, a website for NET eliquid

Please I need a permission to mention the website I ordered from since it's not allowed here to ask about a specific vendor , I ordered over ($70) worth of NET eliquid on May 3rd,2014 and they haven't shipped anything yet (over 3 weeks now), I sent 2 or 3 emails already after waiting more than a week after I ordered with no response at all, no phone number to call on their website, I just want to know so I can deal with it and go to my bank to cancel off the charge, I was so patient with them because on their website they mention that any order will take 8-10 days for processing since it's a costum made NET, but now it's already been 24 days, and all it says when I check my order on their website that it's in processing, with no way to communicate with them.
Please help, thanks.

I would cancel the charge immediately, it seems as though you have been more than patient with them. the no response thing always sets me off instantly.

My advice is to get a few more posts (I think you need 5) in and then make an inquiry in the vendors official thread, if one exists here. Another option is to leave feedback in the negative reviews subforum. Finally, If the vendor has a representative here, you can send a PM.

I would cancel the charge to be safe. Some vendors take longer than others to fulfill orders. Without knowing if they are legit or not you can never be sure. Next time send email first and get response. Check out aroma juice or heathers heavenly vapes.

Custom made NETs can take up to several weeks if done in the cold masceration type. Did you by chance order a custom blend too???

Actually I heard about it by the same guy who posted the review about the website I am talking about, by the way would it be OK to post a link to that same YouTube video, maybe somebody will know something about it, I am seeking a resolution about this as fast as possible.

I would cancel order not cause of the time you've been waiting but for the fact that no one has reached out to you to answer your concerns if it's a scam that sucks if it's a legit company poor customer service in my opinion

All order was for heat extraction method, I didn't ask for any custom made NETS, I took all their recommended for extraction method and pg/vg mix, I understand that it might takes weeks for the cold extraction, but still why no response has been made for any of my inquiries about my order, by the way that was my first NET eliquid order that I ever made along with another order for NET from another website that went just fine and I received it on time, but I haven't not got to really enjoy the flavor the way it's supposed to be because I didn't have the right device for it, I only had iclear 16 clearomizers, now I am looking into getting the right RBA or RDA, and I want to know which would be the best choice for a first time RBA a dripper atty or a tank atty? and I am looking to buy a clone to use with 28 kanthal wire and cotton wick, as I heard that cotton gives the best pure flavor, and I would like to find a US vendor to buy that clone atty for fast shipping benefit rather than order from fasttech, although I still would like to get the benefit of low price too, I am a new vaper, started on December 2013, I have not done any rebuilding nor I own any RBA yet.

If it is the naturally extracted tobacco web site I think it is, it is real but I know the owner has had some hard times. I do not know anything personally, but you might check the Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux thread. It's a boggling long most excellent thread; people there have posted what is going on.

problems started late last year I believe?????? NOT SURE!!! but you should be able to find some info there.I know some swear by this vendor's NETS, others are fed up like you with lack of communication. To me, no excuse for no communication so I will not order from this vendor.

Hi Osito, no it's not a scam. The product is very good but just incredibly slow shipping times and no communication. I ordered from them once and I think it took about 4-5 weeks in total. In the mean time, check out some of the suggestions made in this thread.

That's all I needed to know since yesterday, I just needed a confirmation that they are not a scam and somebody had actually received an order from them, and yes it's the (naturally-extracted-tobacco) website that I am talking about with the (Balkan, Bombay, etc... ) eliquid.
So now, I know for sure that they have very slow service (processing) and no communications issues.
I will check that forum about the natural tobaccos, and now I am just going to give them some more time, then if no shipping I will cancel the order, I just want to give them a chance because as you said I heard people swearing by their eliquid, and I want that.
In the meantime, does anyone knows how I might be able to get in touch with anybody from that website? Just to get some word from them about my order, if it's gonna be shipped any time soon?
Also please I would like any other suggestions for NETs websites known for good eliquid and good communication and shipping?
I already got recommendations for Aroma and Heathers heavenly.
And I personally have had my first NET eliquid order from river bottom fog juice, I got it weeks ago, but honestly so far I can't really make a judgment about it, because I don't have the right device for it, I only have i16 clearomizers, and I know now that they are not the right devices for flavor, I am waiting for my HH357 long barrel atty from avid vaper, I am waiting for a replacement for the defected one I received awhile ago and it gave me nice flavor for 2 days.

But now I want to get into rebuilding, any ideas for RBA or RDA?
What would be the best choice for a first time RBA buy?
RDA or RBA tank for a first time?
I am thinking that I want to start with dripping rather than just start with a RBA tank, so I can have the choice of switching flavors, in case I don't like having a tank full of an eliquid that I don't really like, and my goal is to find the best NEts that I like and stick to that vaping it in the best flavor producing RBA.
And please I would like suggestions for clones, possibly to get it from a USA vendor so I don't have to wait for a long time, as I want it and need it ASAP, later on I can go to get an atty from fasttech for a better price.

Please all suggestions are welcome, especially first hand experience suggestions.

Just my . I only use two (2) vendors. Aroma for my WTA and Heathers Heavenly Vapes. Fantastic juice and GREAT service.
And Classwife can be stern when needed. Lord knows I've been spanked before.
And not in the way I really wanted.

For other NETs, I'm vaping Patriot by Goodejuice at the moment. Try Vita Bella too. Really good stuff but will clog a coil in a heartbeat.

As for RDAs, pick up a cheap dripper like the IGO-W (somebody else can make better suggestions than that. It's the only non-tank rebuildable I have) to practice making coils on and testing juice with. You may as well get a kayfun lite also. Both are very easy to work with.

101vapes has good prices and selection. I'm not sure about shipping to CR though.

If you are going to drip, I will suggest the V5 or M5 from Fastech. At 4.00 and 6.00 USD buy several so you can change juices without having to rebuild every time you change. Use them up then rebuild and move on to other flavors. Nothing worse than trying several flavors on one wick....IMHO...I have a rule...1 wick 1 juice....but that is just me, others may wish to debate that.

For me it's not a problem mentioning the vendor's name, but that's what they ask you not to do here, but talking about it now it became clear which vendor we are talking about, and it's others who mentioned other vendors indirectly, so I figured it's alright to do that also.
My goal was only to know if it's real or a scam, now I know they are real with major issues in shipping and communication.
