I need immediate moderator help (urgent, emergency)

I wasn't sure where to put this, but I need immediate help, especially from a moderator or forum administrator who deals with withdrawing money for renewing supporting members. I remember getting an email saying something about my end of the year subscription coming up, but I forgot to cancel it.

Well, I've been really hurting financially since I moved recently, and I went to check my bank account to make sure I still had my last remaining $10 dollars still in my account. Well, it came through as (-14.11). ECF went ahead and withdrew the money. I know it's my fault in hindsight now but I truly forgot to disable/opt out of renewing. Now I'm negative -$14.00 till this coming Friday (the 26th). This will incur a $35 overdraft fee as well, bringing my bank account balance to -$50.

Is there ANY WAY possible this can be reversed and still allow me to opt out of the support renewal and get the money placed back into my account? Like I said, I JUST NOW caught it and this is going to REALLY hurt me financially this week, as it will quickly turn into a snowball effect.

Please note that ECF doesn't take anything.

Paypal takes the money out and forwards it to us if that is what you have requested.

I'll try and get a refund issued for you, it will happen tomorrow if we can do it.


Make sure to cancel your sub at Paypal, please.

Thank you, Rolygate. I've only used paypal infrequently... Is there any steps I should know ahead of time to unsub? Thanks... And please understand this isn't because I don't want to support ECF, because I do, I'm just reeeeeeeally broke right now and I'm trying to pinch a few pennies. ;-)

Ok, I went to PayPal and I can see where the payment was made, but I don't see any options or buttons to click on thru PayPal to cancel my sub.

Log in to your PayPal account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

Click My money under My Profile.

Click the agreements you want to view in the My preapproved payments section.
