my name is JOhn
i am trying to get a hold of sales/owner/anyone with kidney puncher.
i TRIED purchasing an item but my card was declined twice.
luckily i checked my bank account and i was CHARGED TWICE.
please contact me ASAP with info and advice.
need to get the situation straighten out ASAP.
and it is VERY hard to get a hold of them with no, phone number to contact or direct email.

Click on the "support" tab on the left side edge of the page, follow the instructions there.

I've done business with KP many times and never had a single issue with them.... even had the owner call me when he thought I had ordered the wrong stuff, he wanted to make sure I got what I needed. (he was right too, I had ordered the wrong SS wick)
