maybe some knuckle head has a kiosk in your mall. it's going to be overpriced and prolly crappy, but it will get the job done.

There are several ECF members in the St. Louis area, and they occasionally get together on weekends. Sorry I can't be more help. I'm in Puerto Rico, having coffee on my balcony, and watching the surf roll in... It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it!
