Hello all,

I have been a Screwdriver user for the better part of two years now and I have always got my replacement batts from TW, but I have came out from under my rock and started looking around to see whats new and have seen a lot about AW batts in the forums and video reviews.

I have found some AW 18350 700mAH LiMN batts, but are these just as good as the protected 900mAH batts I get from TW. I just dont want to make a bad purchase.

Thanks for any help ;)

LiMH batteries are pretty good, the mAH is sort of irreverent on these though, sometimes they last longer than the equivalent Li-ion batteries and sometimes shorter depending on how you use them. What makes them preferred is they are considered "HIGH DRAIN" batteries, and can handle low resistant atties better. They are still quasi-protected due to the chemical make up of them, so they are less likely to cause problems compared to LI-IONs.

This is a generic response to say that IMO you can't go wrong with LiMN batteries, well I haven't had any issues with them at least.
