Why don't I like my mod? Any former Triton users that can help provide perspective?

Lots of good advice here! I used the Triton too, and moved to the nautilus on an MVP. Then went to Kayfuns so I could save by rebuilding. Early on, the tight draw was my preference, now I prefer more airy draw. So it can change. That's part of the fun.

I did want to mention that Halo flavors are very bold and worked best for me in their gear. In the nautilus and Kayfuns it didn't taste the same. But everyone's palate is different. YMMV. Good luck!

If you are wanting to reduce your nicotine intake going to higher wattage and sub-ohm may not be the best bet. While it is true that most people do lower their nic on those set ups, they are also going through 2 to 3 times the amount of juice.

Halving the nic but doubling the amount isn't lowering it.

Ah. That makes sense. The lowering of the nic isn't paramount; staying away fom cigarettes is. But I appreciate the info, I noticed the amount of juice I was using in my mod compared to my pen.

This is cheap and probably the best tank I've used to date with slightly restricted airflow. The eLeaf GS Air M is nearly the same but a shade cheaper. Coils are inexpensive as well. I know the Aspire Nautilus is a gold standard, but you really should give this little gem a chance.

Where can I find it? Does Giant Vapes have it?
