Hello all,
I recently began attempting to make my own juice. I went on vaper shots and ordered the premixed Nicotine with VG at 6 percent and some of the cherry concentrate flavoring which comes in PG. I was hoping that half and half would create a mix similar to the triple cherry 50/50 that i have been enjoying recently then I would venture from there. The issue is that this natural cherry flavor concentrate tastes very subtle. Its good but it is not what I was looking for. I want to make a fluid that tastes like I am smoking a cherry icee. I know that some people dislike artificial cherry flavoring but I am not one them :). Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
ScottyP

That cherry can be either concentrated flavor or e-liquid.
No concentrate is used at 50% thats way way way too much, and if it's just e-liquid you're diluting it by half.
Here is the flavoring that I purchased. 120ml-Natural-Cherry-Flavoring-p from vaporshots It says concentrate, but again the 50/50 mix with this 60ml-of-6mg-Flavorless-Nicotine-Liquid-p/nu6006 in VG produced only so so flavor.

I've found that a lot of the cherry flavors are subtle as well. I did notice on wizard labs a grenadine flavor and a maraschino cherry
concentrate that could be worth a shot or to add to other cherry flavors. I find that experimenting with blending flavors can help bring out certain characteristics.
You could also try googling cherry type ejuice recipes.

I strongly recommend going to the DIY Forum and reading the sticky's. Then look up dannyv45 and hoosiers blogs. 50% flavoring is WAY over flavored. Overflavoring will actually cause the taste to be muted.
Thank you for the recommendations. I contacted vaper shots and they stated that there recommended mix was 30 percent so apparently their concentrate is a little diluted to begin with. I will take a look at the thread that you recommended.
