OK, the differences between the KGO and the smok-Tech are very minor. I'm trying to help you get all the stuff at one place so it arrives quicker and to save you on shipping. Let me do a quick shopping list for you - standby...
On the juice page, I picked one I know a lot of folks like as a starter - you may and you may not. You can also get a sampler pack with various flavors. Read the review on the juices and find one or two you may like. Whatever juices you pick, make sure to get at least 24mg nicotine. A 10ml bottle is enough to fill about 5-6 cartos. I wouldn't buy larger bottles until you find the flavors you really like...

Okay so thats all that I need to get started, and I will read up on the juices. After I buy all that I am ready to go how long before I have to purchase more stuff. And what will I need to purchase?
I was doing my best to keep this simple and from a single vendor - that's why I made the recommendations I did. All decent stuff and it works well together. It's confusing enough starting out without having to order stuff from 4-5 different vendors...

I smoked 2 PAD menthols for 35 years and I do not use any juice that is even remotely tobacco flavored - cherry coke & caramel apple for me generally...

@NGIB Okay well I appreciate that a lot. I am going to go ahead and order all of this stuff, and hopefully I have smoked my last cigareete for good. Thanks a lot
You're quite welcome. I went thru this myself 2 months ago but I didn't know about ECF then - so I made a lot of mistakes and spent a lot more money than I could have...
