Hmmm. I guess I can post anywhere as I just did in an e-liquid thread....

I don't remember which thread it was that said I couldn't participate in because of post count or perhaps it was that I could not start my own thread in a thread that wasn't "New Members Forum"

There might be a couple forums which require 15 or 20 posts, other then that the only forums you would'nt be able to start threads in are the ones with a specific membership that needs to be applied for somehow, like the Medical Professionals Private Forum, or the Supporting Members Forum, which you have to donate. ( $24 a year, it's worth it btw) Just keep in mind when you hit the post count you need for any specific forum, you can't instantly post, you must wait for the forum to update, which happens hourly, but after that you're good to go.
