I had items saved in my shopping cart yesterday. Just went to check out and items are gone?? I see the message about the new year but it is only January 28. I just sent private message and email to sales.

I go into hospital tomorrow for surgery so I have to get this ordered today8-o

I am very sorry that the items that you saved in cart and are gone are sold out. we will bring them back once we get our stock in.

perhaps you can order them again when you get back from hospital.

Do you know when you will be getting more stock in? I noticed you are out of alot of product (I planned on making a large order). This seems to happen every time I plan on ordering. lol

i am sorry for the problem.

we are supposed to get more stock on 6th. Feb. we have prepared a good stock for the long holiday.

Giantfan - Its worth the wait to deal with HC. They probably have the best customer service of any I have dealt with. If I was in a big hurry for anything, then yes, I would have to order from somewhere else. But I can wait.
