At work I have a tupperware container with stuff in it. I have some in the car, but I don't park very close.
I stay at work for a few days at a time. I have a tool box that has all my vaping stuff in it I'll need for a few days.... spare mod, battery charger, spare tank, spare coils, rebuilding supplies, ohm meter, tools, juice, etc lol. I'm really not at my desk for more than an hour or two on a good day.

Use something small with good battery cap. like an istick 50w (i know, i know) and a subtank Plus. I know there's risk with the istick but if it blows up, you could take a really cool nickname like Lefty.
I use a single 18650 mod (with a subtank plus!) and swap out batteries whenever I can swing by my kit. It works for me, it's just not nearly as convenient as keeping extra gear. I've pretty much resigned myself to it.
