I had about 10 ml's left of a Dry4 mix I was getting tired of and decided to dump it into a 20ml bottle of a prime clone I had sitting around for a while to give me something different for a change of pace vape. I must say this will keep me busy vaping for a while. The taste is like a sweeter nutty 555 which is just the change of pace vape I was looking for without having to mix sample after sample to come up with something new and different to vape for the short term change of pace.

So tell me what interesting and surprising mixes you guys come up with while just doing some recreational "seat of your pants mixing".

I don't want the scientificly formulated, measure down to the fraction of a ml while wearing hazmat suits in the state of the art lab type stuff. I want the put a little of this and a little of that after drinking 3, 6 packs type of stories. The funnier the better.

The other day I was trying to finish up some samples that I had made that were ok but not good enough to make again. I needed the bottles for other experiments. I had about 3 ml's of a strawberry cheesecake and about the same of a blueberry raspberry. I tossed them together and went through that 6 ml combo rather quickly. Since I had notes on how each sample was made I was able to make up the combo from scratch with just a little tweaking on proportions and am loving it. It goes in the make again list. I still have several other 2-3 ml samples that are so so as is and hopefully will come up with other mixed winners. So folks, don't toss those samples that aren't a favorite yet.

I hope to have a super yummy mishap one of these days. I have a ton of sample sizes like you said westhc, that I likely won't make again. I need a large bottle to pour them into. I've only come up with one I REALLY like and another that I like and will make again. My palate needs tweaking.

My best, and worse, surprises come from the bleed through effect while dripping. I'd been doing an excellent chocolate mint recipe I got from ecf. Decided I wanted something fruity and tossed in my own tropical suicide. A couple puffs into the tropical I had very mild hints of chocolate and mint come through that was very good. I'm considering sitting down with my hazmat suit and figuring out the fractions of ml I need for that... OR I'll just drip one drop tropical, one drop chocomint, and another tropical. Ah yes the lazy mans mixing it is!

I've got mixers (what I like to call them), all over the place. Don't want to waste juice, and over 200 ml various halo flavors around.

Halo makes their flavors pretty strong, so can dilute with 20/80 or 100 vg, and still get decent vape.

Twisted ankle pretty badly, so my trash, cat litter, and DIY'ing are WAY behind. Had some 12 mg 80/20 butterscotch I'd been using to mix (cwn't do 80/20, and over 6 mg gives me the OD's). So dump some 20/80 plain in, then add some halo Belgian cocoa (12 mg), then dump some more 20/80, that 20/80 is sticky stuff). Vaping now, definite chocolate (only around 4 ml pre mix in 15 ml bottle about, just threw it in), with butterscotch undertones. Also, this wasn't a dry pt mini 2, so a little strawbannana in the mix, num. Do have some butterscotch flavor can throw in a little later as the bottle depletes, add some more 20/80 (no science, no measurements, just what I could do with really bad twisted ankle).

Another was when the hawk sauce from mt baker was not up to expectations. Either banana or grape pre mix, and as an additional surprise, throw in some tribecca 0 mg. very little, use just a few drops of tribecca to the tank itself. The halo liquids, while being pre mixed, diluted, and the least ingredient, really stand out. May be worth it to pick up just the tribecca and Belgian cocoa (if you like those flavors), to throw in the mixes. A little will do, I always presume they are 80/20, so dilute with 20/80 or 100.

Have made some other goodies with the halo mixes, adding banana (or grape/blueberry to voodoo makes a great vape @ around 50/50, just tossing in some ole MBV pre mixes. Yes, I'm just that cheap. :D

i have a blueberry candy/juicy peach mix that I really like.. I mix the flavors by themselves so it's a simpler mix when I go to make the liquid. Messed up one day and grabbed it instead of the plain blueberry I was going to use for a blueberry waffle test mix while trying to find a perfect blueberry waffle juice.

I noticed it as the last drop fell in the bottle.. cried for a minute as I was sure it would taste off.. then tried it and have loved it since then. So yummy, the peach disappears until the exhale and compliments the rest perfectly. It brings up the sweetness just enough to make it right.

Once I was reading trough ECF, and one guy said something about a really cool sweeter nutty 555, and then he share it.
Man, for a 555 lover like me, it was a unexpected pleasant surprise.

A while back, I had been trying to "develop" a good chocolate mocha and in another venture a decent " caramel-cowboy" tobacco. After several less than vapable tries on each, I wound up getting ready to just dump them and start over - clean.

On my way to the sink, I took notice that I had almost 20 mL of total juice. That seemed like too much to just dump. So, I poured them together. (Why not??) I figured that if it was in any way tolerable, I could give it to a moocher friend of mine thereby saving my good stuff. I shook them together and loaded a atty...

Yep, you guessed it, It was some pretty good stuff!! I was not sure exactly what I came up with, but it was good!

I just wish I had not destroyed the notes BEFORE I combined the 2 bottles. I have yet to replicate the recipe...

Just like Rosanna Danna said "It's always sumpin!"

Done that many times. Some times with good results most times they went down the drain:)

running low on my cappuccino ( i make 60ml at a time ) i had some butterscotch that is too rich to vape for more than 20min so i mixed my last 4ml cappuccino with 4ml butterscotch and now i can procrastinate for another 24hrs

That actually sounds like it would make a good vape. Never thought of combining the two.

That's kinda what I'm experiencing right now. Very good and I know how to duplicate it if I need to.
