They are pretty good on getting back to you. It was a national holiday yesterday as well. Give them a phone call perhaps. How do you like the Gorilla Juice by the way? I find it tastes like BB with of course the banana flavor, no?

yup had me send a picture of the wrong juice label and that was it my BB is in the mail!
except for the Juice shortage earlier in the year, I've really enjoyed my experience with Alien Visions.
