I came here when I first started vaping, getting advice, doing research, etc. Well, that was the beginning of a great thing.

I smoked for over 20 years (ugghh...telling my age here) and have tried EVERY way you can think of to quit smoking, even hypnosis. Patches? Check. Inhalers? Check. Gum? Check. Chantix? Check.

I've tried IT ALL. NONE of it worked. Until I got my 510. It took me a little longer than most to completely quit the analogs, a couple of months, but now its been over 6 months since I had an analog.

My husband first started ecigs because he couldn't smoke at work. He dropped the analogs the first time he tried an ecig. A lot has changed for us.

Now, we spend our extra money (and it is a lot, analogs are expensive) on going to old antique stores and flea markets on the weekends. Now, our home doesn't smell of cigarettes. Now, we eat at ANY restaurant we want. Now, we will probably have a few more years when we retire to tour America in our motorhome.

I do want to take minute to thank everyone that has helped me in this journey. I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without ya! I could have NEVER quit with those dang njoy's! LOL!

Stevew443, I'm glad to hear you are off the analogs! You will experience many of the symptoms that someone who completely quit cigarettes got through because...well, you DID quit smoking! You just started "vaping" instead, so your body will respond just like someone that is going cold turkey without the nicotine withdrawl.

Keep it up, and probably the best advice I can give anyone is to stay on these forums. You can learn so much about not only ecigs, but about everything. Laws, tobacco and biology, science and chemistry, politics, and more!

If someone isn't happy with their ecigs, I can guarentee you they will be after talking with some folks here.
