Hey everybody,
My last cig was May 30th after 24 years of smoking.
I quit for my girlfriends birthday, she was stoked. :)

I bought a Reo VV Grand most recently. Disappointed in the battery life, have to replace after one hour of moderate vaping. I was trying to post in that forum, but I guess I need a few posts under my belt in order to do so.

Anyway, I appreciate all the information that I have learned here! Great forum, an I will be here a while. :)

2 18350's should last longer than an hour, I vape pretty heavily and run through ~3000-4000mAh a day on my PV (not a reo though) depending on voltage. I'm not terribly experienced with different brands, but someone else here will be for sure. What brand batteries do you have? Did they start off with such low run time or has it degraded over time?

I also have a VV Reo and 2 18350 batteries should be lasting you a lot longer than an hour. I can use mine all day and I am a heavy vaper. There is got to be something wrong. Either your batteries are bad or something else but vaping non stop you should not have to replace batteries every hour.

Congrats on quitting!
Here's some celebratory fireworks:

Also, on the post count thing... just go say "welcome to ECF" to a few other newbies and wait an hour. You'll have access then.

I had two veristacks that had kind of had the same issue brand new with a full charge on the batteries i would smoke it for like 10 mins and it would cut out and tell me low Batt so i tried another and had the same issue batteries had a full charge i never figured out what was wrong but i didnt think i got 4 bad batteries so might be a problem with the e-cig itself i would order replacement batts and see if it fixes the issue

Happy to hear that, congratulations! Hope I can stop soon too :)

Thanks for the comebacks. I emailed Robert who directed me to check the batteries. I have 8 different batteries from two different manufacterers, bought 4 of the AW IMR 18350s from RTD Vapor. The batteries are not the issue, unfortunately. Like a minor short in the mod somewheres, so it's going back for a quick fix.

Pink, You can do it! Good luck! :)

Good for you, you will love the freedom from the gas station... u only need gas from there now. Lol.

Small tip I came up with over the four years I've been vaping. Try and stick it out with one flavor in the beginning, IMO it helps transfer the addiction, which is what we are truly doing.... flip side to that, the flavors and mods keep it interesting..

Good luck

Congratssss!!!!!!!! You've completed your first step. Now stay away from the spots or places you normally smoke for awhile. Those places will bring back feelings that you think are pleasureable. Visit this forum frequently for support and advise from others that have been there. If you are like me and love to smoke......VAPEING is the answer. WOW your free. Mike
