I enjoyed my sons football game without any smokes and it was great not having the urge to smoke, and the stench of smoke on me.
The e-cig should have been voted best invention of the year! Not all this crap about banning them. I can vape or not vape, still it helped me quit. No studies needed FDA don't waste our tax money!

18 days that's amazing! Great job, I agree with you I have tried the patch, gum, and pills. None of them worked! I have smoked for nearly forty years, this time I am done.
