I quit!!!

Big Hello to everyone! hope all is well..

I finaly quit the traditional cigs about a week or so ago (11 days to be exact!) have been finding my feet with vaping and enjoying it so far, have been tempted to smoke once or twice but pulled through!

Looking forward to reading tips, hints and hopefully sharing soon enough!

congrats, best tip I got is do not worry too much if you smoke now. For me vaping was just better all around and it took over real fast.Worst case senario you end up hating vaping( I do not hate it in any way ), you gave yourself a break from smokes and tried vaping.My very uneducated guess is less than 1 % of smokers would try vaping if there spouse, clergy, or favorite super hero asked them to try it.Congrats again and welcome.

Thank you for all of the support! Here in the UK I only know of one other person who is vaping (the friend who introduced me to it) so its good to come across a whole community of people who have seen the light!

I'm not going to lie it has been challenging to say the least as it is the begining for me, and I have found some great threads and posts so far I had so many questions that I am finding answers for every time I click a thread, this is great!!
