Nothing at all wrong with that if you enjoy it then it's a big success....... Congratulations. If you have wicking problems such as dry hits then add a little distilled water to it. Start with 3% and work up until it wicks and produces a good plume of vaper..

there are plenty of folks that vape only vg , as long as you have no problems wicking with your device you should be fine if you need to thin it out try some distilled water maybe 10% some of us use any where from 5%,10% or even 15% for me i have found 10% works best on some of my 60/40/10 mixes and does not take away from having plenty of vapor

I am moving towards max VG recipes as that damned PG dehydrates me to no end. I noticed some things when going towards high VG on a given flavor percentage:

1. The taste is slightly sweeter.
2. More vapor
3. Less throat hit; a smoother vape
4. Longer steeping times
5. More water must be added for proper wicking

Hope this helps, just my :2c:

If you would like a bit more throat hit, you can also add a bit of Everclear (Pure Grain Alcohol) instead of distilled water. I make my menthol with crystals and Everclear and have been very pleased. Good luck to you and happy mixing. :)

yeh, rat, but you're just a drunk

I used to add no pg (except what's in the flavors). The most pg I've done is 50/50, and there are a few in between. For some flavors, vg tastes better to me - I like it sweet. Instead of adding thinners (DW or alcohol) I just hit the button a second before I hit. I'll say this too, higher vg lasts longer for me. I can go through 5mls of 50/50 a day vs. about 3mls of 25/75 pg/vg.

I think I'll mix my next batch all vg again but instead of just distilled water I'll find and add some saline solution from CVS that folks are talking about and see what that does.

Please make sure that it's JUST saline and nothing else. Many saline solutions have additives in them and you don't want that.

Also, start at a low % with the saline. Maybe 2% saline along with the distilled water.

I've used both saline and DW and haven't really noticed a difference. Some say saline makes the vape taste slightly salty others say it helps with dryness. I've not noticed either but that's just me. Your experience may be different. Either will thin a mix just fine.

I see you're not the only one to mention dry hits using all vg on this thread. I was wondering if this is mostly directed toward tanks. The only time I had max vg was when I was using a tanks and kayfuns. Since I switched to RDAs I haven't had a problem with dry hits, then again my highest vg has been 80%. I'll find out when I whip up my 2nd batch of juices. Took your advice and ordered some different brand juices (Some FA and some CAP). Fingers crossed when they get here.

Ligyron, grats on making a juice you love. I started a little over a week ago and have yet to make something I want to vape all day. I will say the ones I've made I do enjoy more than a most of the flavors I've gotten from MBV(my main source). Mine still have nothing on the hawksauce or gwar flavors I've tried though.

I hear ya on the saline. I ended up just cranking a couple grinds of Himalayan sea salt into an ounce or two of nuked DW. It tasted a little salty so I used it in:

20/80 pg/vg
18mg 100% nic sol
2% VA Inawera
3% Turkish Inawera
10% salt concoction above
2 drops AP
1 drop MBH (never tried this stuff before)

It's in my 140 degree (only) rice cooker right rig now steeping for 5 hours and I'll let you guys know how it turns out. I'm liking this heat thing and may buy a UC w heater if I get any sicker with this disease.

Actually I've made a couple flavors DIY I really like, one being a blueberry/honey using Inawera's at 50/50, 12mg nic and the Tribeca clone I originally though I'd screwed up. The best I've had in premium juice was only Halo stuff and some Nitelite, never tried Five Pawns or Suicide Bunny, Pluid etc. but maybe I don't want to. I've got some more flavor on the way like Hangsen tobacco's so I'm having too much fun to be made sad.
