I have been using a medicine dropper from Walgreen's 5ml capacity and fills the Reo perfectly without overfilling. Others suggested 3ml laboratory pipettes little smaller but much cheaper.

Make a temporary funnel out of a small piece of aluminum foil...it will work and not waste a lot of juice.
buy some syringes and blunt tip needles. Here is one place. They have 3" needles to reach the bottom of the 60 ml bottles...Blunt Tip Needle - One Stop DIY Shop Store.

I'll probably just keep transfering all the juice from the new fancy bottles into my old crappy bottles with the pointed tips until they completely die or the government bans flavors in e-cigs. For the children..... wonder what's going to happen then. Pre-mixed Nicoticket liquid cupcake batter flavoring? Just add to your stock "cupcake batter" and vake.

I just hate transferring juice from large bottles. I ALWAYS have some kind of spill. I actually wasn't kidding about the small funnel. I see a few on Amazon that I may have to try out. All the other methods (syringes, pipettes, pouring) of transferring juice always seem to cause a mess and wastes e-liquid for me. Only one I haven't tried is a funnel. Now just finding the right size.

Clark said he's going to have droppers for the glass bottles soon, FWIW. NT is in the very early stages of transition to the new bottles and they're just not entirely up to speed yet.

Regardless, I kept a bunch of my old plastic bottles and will be transferring the juice into them. I don't like the idea of carrying glass bottles around with me and I'm not going to use a pipette or removable dropper every time I want to fill a REO bottle.

Hold on to your old bottles like grim death! The branding is great for Team NT, but I don't really prefer the form factor as an end user. Fortunately, I have a ton of the old stuff and some blunt syringes so I'm good for now. Large bore blunt needles work well, even for MAXVG liquids like Hummingbird.

Try your local kitchen speciality store. Mine had a very nice variety of small sized funnels and they averaged about $1 a piece. There were at least 2 that would fit the REO mini bottle. I also bought a handful of those little caps with the syringe right in it someone, if you want one of those they are easy enough to find.

I prefer the plastic bottles as well but I won't ever give up my REO and my NT because of a glass bottle. LOL

There's topics in REOville. At least you won't have to fill so often.

I use a dropper that came with juice, just keep a spare one and push down into the bottle top, pretty easy.

The 15ml droppers are a different size 18/400.

I feel your pain. Transferring juice that before didn't need that sucks. Recite after me "the corporate changes are for your own good."
I need to spend money to buy a good funnel now too. Love having to do more to enjoy something that was previously perfect to continue to enjoy nicoticket. Trying to buy as much as I can while the old style bottles are around. Just saw the other thread of the person on fixed income spilling most of her juice. So..... How do I really feel. Honestly not trying to make enemies with this post. Love the juice. Kent and Katy,all the family,etc.
