I can't think of many changes other than making it weightless and attached to my body in some way that I don't have to move any limbs to vape. Of course it will also be self cleaning and self coiling, self juicing, and self healing finish, and since it will be attached to my body it won't need a built in beeping locator. But might want to throw in semi-permanent (user replaceable every five years) power supply that recharges itself without user intervention. But if downgrading from these "improvements" and going hybrid route I'd love to be able to change out the ceramic base and posts.

Oh shoot, Robert, I'll bet if you can find me a just smart enough, low maintenance, eunuch slave I can probably locate you a replicator; even-steven trade?

I can assure you I am always listening . I no its been a while since I have come out with something new or made wood mods for that matter .
As some of you no I do all the painting in house and recently purchased my own cnc machine . Once I dial this machine in I will get back to making my customers happy with new vaping apparatuses . I will be 100% self sufficient something I have wanted for along time . Wood mods are first on the list . I do want to make a all in one reo . I have built it in my head a 1000 times . I had a prototype but once I could see how great having a ceramic base was I scrapped it .
I agree with many of you it will eliminate the gaskets . I can tell you that makes me smile green horns with rbas can and do damage when you give them some leverage like a rba
In the gun world there is a popular ceramic coating, its sprayed and then baked on. It's very durable, not sure if it would work for an atty deck or if its an electrical insulator. It is offered in lots of colors and finishes. There is a color chart .pdf on the site. If this isn't exactly right for the application there might be something similar that would work for the atty deck.

Regardless of what Rob comes up with next, I'm confident it will fly off his shelves due to the quality of his products. I've tried many devices, cartos, attys, etc. from all over the vaping map in the almost two years I've been vaping, but the only device I have always used on a regular basis and has always been loaded and at the ready has been my Reo Grand!! Now all I need is some wood!! :vapor:

not that I really need a bigger bottle, but is it possible to put maybe a 7/8ml bottle in the grand? it looks like there is enough tube there to lengthen the bottle a little. that something that could be made and adapted to the grand people already owned by just buying new bottles. other than that, I think my grand is pretty. . . . .grand and like it how it is

I've seen a picture of a REO Grand with a 10 ml bottle in it. The owner cut away part of the divider between the bottle and battery to get it to fit.

I hit it hard all day and usually can only use 5-5.5 ml of 50/50 24 mg.

yeah im about the same. ill get between 4-5ml while im at work before I get home and refill anyways. for me a bigger bottle wouldn't do much but im sure some people could use it.

The edges of Real carbon fiber are sharp as hell I hear :)

And sheets of CF is rather difficult to work with. It splinters and cracks easily. The only way to get a clean finished edge with CF would to have it molded in that shape from the get go, rather than cut it from a sheet. You would be better off just wrapping the front of the door with that 3M Di-Noc Carbon Fiber vinyl.
