Yesterday I received my cleansmoke, yes I've read about it and went to cancel my account right away after receiving it, cause I don't want to receive a second one (and be charge twice) and then be charge every month for recharge when there's better alternative.

The big problem with that model is the lack of info, I have no idea of the amount of nicotine I'm inhaling and I have no idea what model it is equivalent to. I would post a photo of it but I need 15 posts before posting an image.

So far it seems to do the trick, cause morning for me is where I normally go for 3-4 cigarettes, and so far I've only been vaporizing.

What I hate the most about it is the size and weight, my hand wants the real thing, it's 112mm long and weight 14g

So if anybody has more info on the model, so I'll know what to order for refills.

And if I really like this, I'm going to consider ordering a smaller model.

Yesterday I did the paper towel test with a cigarette and the e-cig, just that already pleases my throat, cigarette nasty brown going in an yelowish coming out, e-cig transparent and transparent :D

By the way this forum rocks, you guys are all amazing

Not at all familiar with CleanSmoke, which to be honest does not bode well for it. What you describe sounds like another gimmick brand that plays up how many smokes a cart is worth (generally not even close), and keeps real info secret to keep you buying more and more. We would need to see more to see if there are vendors that sell compatible parts, but often this is not possible, and it is older and dismal technology anyway that they got a deal on to sell with a slick website to desperate smokers. Mall brands, I call them. They are a wart on the beautiful face of good vaping.

Play with it a bit to get to know vaping better, but you will likely want to return it (if they let you without a hassle, also a problem with these types of companies), and go with a model that has more support here, and well-known vendors that live and die making us happy here. The 510 is a great first PV, since lots of vendors sell parts, there is voluminous info here, and the 510 atty can be used in many more beefy mods in the future. Lots of great 2-piece systems discussed here too, if you want that added convenience of cartomizers. Good luck!

IKA, welcome to ECF. I made the same mistake and bought a Pure Smoke e-cig from a store. I fooled around with it for awhile but wanted to have more control and not be at the whim of the company. I finally bought a Joye 510 from Cignot.com and I couldn't be happier. Huge difference in performance and ability to control the juice I use.

I look at it like a learning curve and if I hadn't bought the one in the store I wouldn't have researched it further and found this forum. Here you can learn everything you want to know about vapeing...and more. :)

IKA, I'm with you on this one! I recieved mine about a week ago and was so dissappointed to see that not only do you only get one battery, but there was no information on how much nicotine was in each cartridge. Then, after reading on this forum, I decided to order a Joye 510 and some nic juice instead, from a reputable dealer here in Canada. The good news is that yesterday I cancelled my subscription with Clean Smoke and had no problems. Just make sure you do it before your 15 days are up and everything should be good.

Yea I wish I had gone with the 510 first but I got caught up in the gimicks and went with greensmoke.

I did too initially. I think its because they plastered the vids online, and bought out several reviewers. I bought one starter kit, and then got a second one in a fit of insanity, although it was discounted substantially...still way more than even a full-price 510 kit. total mistake in the long run. the batts barely work now, and the carts were generally yick. At the time, I knew no better. I mistakenly figured paying more meant better PV. Not!! The GS gear sits in the toolbox now...not even good enough to sell to someone. Seems there is a lot of work online to get those ripoff brands front and center in the searches. If you are still using the GS stuff, however, the passthru is a very good 5V device. Might be worth it just to use up any carts you have. OTOH, you may love the GS, so enjoy!

Now I'm using the 510 exclusively, for the same money have scads of gear and juice, and I have the hardware to go to the next level with a batt mod. The good PV companies don't need to aggressively and deceptively market. Hell, ECF alone probably gives them more business than they can handle, provided they sell good products.

I did the same with a company in Canada.

I wrote them a threatening email and just to be on the safe side canceled my bank card. I just received my new bank card and the eCig company finally wrote back with a RMA return number.

I think they may have discovered that the card number that I originally gave them no longer worked and relinquished the fight.

I count the $9.95 shipping that I paid as a lesson in gullibility.

I bought a Joye510 setup for 1/3 the price and love it (recommended by these forum members).

Can you PM me the reputable dealer's web adress I'm in Canada too.

I did cancel my subscription the same day I received it, now I'll try to find out if I can send this one back and not get charge.

But now I need a replacement cause I hadn't had a smoke all day so that is
the positive part.

How big is the 510?
