Was cruising food ol Facebook and stumbled across this link checked it out and saw a Custard's Last Stand. I'm pretty sure this isn't our beloved purple vapemail verison of CLS but non the less reminds of the whole alien Vision alien Vapor Boba Bounty non-sense.

Good news is looks like you need to jump over barrels and hoops to try and place an order.

Nah - no fight - I usually politely ask them to change the name and they are more than cool about it. Even if the owner tells me to get bent - eh - what's in a name, really? The contents of the bottle speak for themselves - I could name it Dookie and it would still evaporate.

You're very kind Clark. Looks like straight up name stealing to me. Those aren't words that easily come to mind when playing word association games with vanilla custard IMO.

Well, hopefully someone doesn't order the imposter version thinking its the legit thing, then get a bad "taste" for the real deal and start badmouthing the "real" one... I might hafta break some knee caps then...

That whole Alien Visions thing ticks me off, but only because I'm a fan and I've seen a number of people get taken on here. (It's never happened to me...fortunately, I was aware.) I think Clark's right here, though. It's not like they're calling their business Nicosticker or something, so as to intentionally deceive customers and try to steal his business. Besides, nothing could even compare.
