The smaller they are the smaller the battery and cartridge are.
That means more frequent charging and more frequent refilling the cartridge.

The 306 is a nice little atomizer though.
That is also known as the Janty Mini-Fogger.
But the cutoff on the automatic battery makes me have to take multiple puffs each drag.

so they dont sell a 4081 with an auto battery with no cutoff? I love my 510 but I want something thats extremely small to throw in my pocket and the 4081 seems to be the smallest.
I don't know, but someone recently said they now have a manual available.

I don't think there is any such thing as an automatic battery with no cutoff though.
If there is, I haven't heard of it, but then I had never heard of a manual for a RN4081 either.

There are quite a few smaller than an RN4081 if I am not mistaken.

The one I mentioned earlier, for instance, the Janty (306) Mini-Fogger.
The M403, and probably the DSE103, along with maybe a few others.

Well if you want something small but shape does not matter how about the Janty Ego? It is a 3.7v unit with a 510 atty that combined with the mega 510 atty and cart from totally TW gives it a longer vape time cause it holds more juice. The batter time on the Ego is good too.

You could also go with the Janty V3 if you dont mind small and boxy. This is another 3.7v unit that uses a 801 and a 10440 battery.

Did it have to be a cig shape?

Shawn at litecigusa is showing a couple of m403 kits available- like the matte black starter for ~$36
M403 Matte Black Starter Kit

I use m402's all the time, which are slightly longer than the 403 at almost the same size as an analog 100... very pocketable, and if you use the automatic batteries, it's really easy to just hold the cart in between your teeth and puff away (takes a small amount of getting used to compared to analog, but easier than most cigars anyway).
It's my e-cig of choice when I'm at work. When I go out, I use the m401 manuals so that pressure/sound can't set it off (heavy bass in bars/clubs are the bane of auto batteries).

Shawn also has the XL carts now, which apparently hold at least 50% more than the regular ones, but they may not fit well in the carry case, at least without modification or creativity.
