There is a famous restaurant in NYC called Rao's. It's been around forever. The only way to eat in Rao's is to know someone or make a reservation like a year in advance. And maybe you'll get a table.

I think that David has a warehouse full of P-10's, P-16's and P-18's....maybe even a boat load of Shockwave's.....Now he tells everyone they have to wait at least 4-6 weeks....It's a great marketing tool....Tell people they can't have something and they want it more.

The real story behind the Precise wait times:

After the raid near Obbottabad, the CIA recovered and confiscated thousands of Precises at the bin Laden residential compound. bin Laden didn't vape, but evidence suggests that his wives did. The CIA is now considering releasing the Precises in a commemorative limited edition and renaming the Precise the "Super Commando."

David is doing all that he can to replace the confiscated devices.
