Are the cartos screwing all the way down onto the battery connector or is there a small gap? The heat may have pulled the posts up on the cartos as the metal expanded and contracted. (guessing)

If you draw in and out on the washed carto alone is the air free flowing?

Take a thick paper clip or finish nail and pull the post on one the Cartos up high....blow it out to check for water...then see if it vapes better. Don't crank it on the battery, just screw it tight enough to make a connection...so there should be a gap.

I washed mine for the first time, I find some are not as good as before but some are ok good as new. Boiled em for 15 min rinsed and boiled em for 15 more. Blew the excess out and took 2 days to dry. I blew em out a little on the second day.

I boiled em in a stainless pot sitting on the bottom (which I heard might be too hot) but it worked for me mostly. Like I said some were not as good as before.

I opened a not so good one and found it burnt from me vaping it too much.

Hope you have better luck.

I'm not a big fan of refilling carts, but I do it occasionally. Boil them for 15 minutes, remove, blow out excess H2O, put on baking sheet in oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. Got this method from this forum, a long, long, time ago, but it works great. That way I don't have to wait over nite, or for a few days, for the carts to be completely dry, and I can use them right away (of course, that is after they have cooled down ;-)

I don't understand boiling them either. They have not been filled with something germ laden that needs to be sanitized. A vodka soak (kills germs if that is what is needed) and hot water flush cleans them well, and gets rid of previous flavor. I think "boiling them" is something a man came up with. Someone who has not been involved enough with cleaning to understand the semantics involved. Talk about overkill!
