So, yesterday, I had a go at flushing my attys....I looked up all over how to do it, and different methods. So, I grabbed some water, and started flushing it through to get a really bad juice out that the paper towel method simply wasnt fixing.
......I think I might have drowned them.
Theyre only putting out a weensy fraction of vapour that they used to, and with great effort. The atty barrel still gets warm, it still makes the hissing noises it always has, only now, its an empty hit.
Is this because I also washed the cartridge and it needs to completely "refill" with juices to have enough output? Or have I actually completely screwed myself?

[Edit: Weird...apparently my comp has decided to use the original account I signed up with waaay back when that I forgot the password to o_O lol]

Your atty should be fine... the cartridge too. Just make sure everything is completely dry... and refill your Cart with juice. It should vape. You can dry it with a blow dryer or leave them out over night.... pull the filler out of the cartridge and dry it on a towel. Let me know how it all works out for you. Good luck

what kind of atty are you cleaning here?

Chances are you just need em to try some more?

if you just used warm water, and blew out the atty, there is
a pretty slim chance that you are actually hosed-

Janty Kissbox Classic Extended.
Its always had a pretty light hit compared to anything else I used, but now its just being lazy!

"I messed up" is my new vaping motto! Welcome to the club. So far, I've boiled them, poured water on them, blew them out on a paper towel. I haven't totally killed my attys and cartos yet, but they do diminish with time. Gonna try the Everclear treatment, as I did this at my local brick-and-mortar, and that got rid of the "extra" flavors I was tasting with each sample (couldn't get the dill pickle flavor out without Everclearing it!).

Agreed on the myriad of cleaning methods. Hopefully, you can restore your attys and get back to enjoyable vaping. Keep searching and trying until you find a method that works. Good luck!

I was told to boil them for 5 minutes when they get clogged since I'm using a higher VG mix...
I've mostly graduated to cartos but still use my atty and cartridge to sample smaller amounts of new juice flavors...Dill pickle flavor....YUK!...LOL

I have washed out my cartos using a large blunt needle syringe and distilled water, and blow out gently with my air compressor with good results...

What is Everclear? Is that pure grain (edible) alcohol?
I haven't tried that yet...Will quality moonshine work the same...?
