There is so much info here - my head is spinning :?:

Pretty sure the Grand is what I need looking at the sticky and all I have heard

I need a recommendation on Rebuildable - I like my Magma, Veritas, Plum (Kind of) - what do I need to be looking at here?

Don't kill me... I am in impulse mode here and don't want to get cold feet :p

Hey there and welcome Soundhunter. Get yourself an LP Grand as you will need the LP version to run toppers similar to the ones you mention. Once you have the LP Grand there are many rda options.

The RM2 is amazing for mouth to lung hits, tons and tons of flavor so could compete with your Magma which IMO doesn't do well with direct lung hitting (yes, I own and use one). The RM4 is a modified version of the Atomic and is great for dual coil big lung hits but still has a small enough chamber to make sure you get great flavor. The RM5 I haven't tried yet but looks good too. All of these can be purchased with your Grand from the site.

There are many other bottom feeder (BF) RDAs available and I'm sure you will soon get many suggestions. Odin, Cyclone, Zenith v2 with BF pin, etc.

Good luck and don't be afraid to ask questions.

A lot of peeps round here recommend the RM2 but it sounds like the "big guns" 22mm dual coil RDA's may be your weapons of choice and mentioned you like your Magma (which is also my current "go to" RDA). Not sure if the Magma has a native bf drilled pin for purchase so you'll have to think about that, but there's lot's of info on here to do it and you'll get lots of help...if you do have the skills and tools to drill the Magma pin you're good to go, and you already know, if you don't mind an RDA the size/weight of a Hummer, it's got it all...

...but if I hear where you're coming from...an LP Grand will not let you down, no more PITA dripping, I run mine at .3 no issues, very little V drop and they're absolutely bullet proof.

If you like to play with de attys - just make sure you select a low profile (LP) version Reo. On standard profile the catch cup is deep - more for use with stock cartos, non rebuildable stuff, or the couple few rebuildables that will fit down into the catch cup. On the LP versions the catch cup is milled almost flat to the 510 connector so anything pretty much mounts on it.

For a first time? Get a Grand. These aren't ginormous, so the size difference between an 18650 Grand and an 18490 Mini isn't significant. The form factor of a Reo Grand is about the same l x w dimensions as a business card.

Jeez - when it comes to picking an atty... the Reo won't care. It really is a matter of what you like: small chamber flavor output or large chamber chugging. A full description chart of the Reomizer attys can be found here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...hysical-comparison-chart-rm2-rm3-rm4-rm5.html

If you have a favorite you already love, check in with Chowder to see if it's anything he can or has converted to bottom feed. He know his Reos and his attys. => http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-supplier-forum/581604-catfish-atty-mods.html

I call that a "nest egg". Have you ever added up the potential (relax - I said potential) resale value of what you have there?

Rick, i'm sure you know how much the word "potential" sticks in the craw of many Reonauts.

it sticks in mine, and i don't really have a clue what a craw is...

I got an LP Grand a couple weeks ago and love it. Good batteries for these are the AW IMR 1600mah 24amp and is the standard for the Reo Grands so far. I have the famous RM2 and it really delivers the flavor for mouth to lung. Lot's of guys and gals drill the hole for an airier draw but I like it stock. I have the RM4 (Atomic) and it is fine with a single coil and super with a low ohm dual coil. It has unlimited air flow options from super tight to super airy. Your gonna love Reo kit; oh and as others have said, get a few extra bottles to rotate flavors.
