The octopus is the smok RDA, which is maybe twice the size as the Phoenix v4 / ERA clone. To get it on a Reo, you would need an adapter because it wouldn't fit in the drip well and I don't even know if it can be modified to bottom feed. (don't have one, and only seen one in person once)
