I think my Chuck is broken...

Ever since I got my Chuck it's been my #1 PV... I take it everywhere. Here's my problem.

When I first got the Chuck everything was working great. No misfire's of any kind. As time went on though I started to get misfire's every once in a while, and it only got worse. Last night I think she broke for good. She won't fire up at all.

I've done everything I could think of to remedy this by myself. I swapped batteries, popped in a few new atty's, cleaned the threading, pulled the coil on the bottom cap out a bit to make a tighter fit for the batteries, and even made the bottom connection surface area of the bottom battery a little wider by peeling the plastic back a little with my fingernail... all to no avail.

Help me!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

Guessing it's either the switch or the atty connector, which type did you order, the 510?

If it's the 510, look at the silicone grommet in the atomizer connection and see if it's deteriorated or ridged, it could be causing a dead short or just a bad connect.

However, judging by the symptom, I would also venture that it simply could be the switch. You should Email Jeff and ask him his opinion, where you'll most likely have the option to send it to him to get fixed, or you can try and do it yourself.

Yeah I've got the 510 connection. I checked and everything looks like it did when I got it. I'll send Jeff an email and see what he thinks. Damn, this blows. I really love my chuck.

You have a one year warranty.

Just send it back to him with a note and a couple dollars for return postage.
He'll probably have it back to you in about a week or less.

try this thread, if to no avail, send back to Jeff and hell have you fixed up and back to ya in a weeks time. Just a suggestion as one more thing to try before sendin back. My first Chuck does this all the time, but my other ones dont so this MAY help you out

Hope its this simple, bc going back to other pvs while waiting sucks-Im routing for this to fix ur prob
