I'm not talking as a moderator here, Lucky. I am talking as a member who also bought this juice and in light of what she has said here, am willing to give it another shot with the changes she's making.

Accusations and slander? My, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black! You should really look up the definition of slander. I have given my opinion of how a lot of this started. That post of yours I deleted...you called them scam artists who are making juice in a tub in their basement. Slander is malicious and false. Do you have proof of that?
You said several times they were mixing there juice in big vats or tubs in their basement. If anything is slanderous, that is.
Oh, it is definitely my opinion that you ruined things for others. You got a refund. To me, I would have come back and said "Wow, that was pretty cool. They gave me a refund and I didn't even have to send the juice back". I would have been grateful. So what did you do instead? Now why would they bother extending that offer again when all it got them was grief?

You latch on to something and you just can't let it go. All you have to do is look back at your previous posts to see what I mean. This is another one of those surreal threads. A supplier offers to refund product with the return of the product you don't like.
If someone doesn't like the product for any reason or wants to DIY cheaper, then great. The product isn't for you. I haven't read any reports of product returned that wasn't refunded so honestly, why all the drama?

I saw the posted tracking. The post office hasn't delivered it yet. Honestly, if you send a package back with tracking, you should really check the tracking info before you further the complaint. This isn't a shot at Shimmy, just a general statement.
Whatever Lu. I've only had nothing but great compliments out there to other suppliers if you really DO read my posts. You're rudeness and cutting ME down is enough. I've had 2 problems since coming here. One was with Parked who lied to me, which is the truth and the 2nd was the crappy addiction juice I received. Obviously you don't understand the word facetious. IMO addiction juice is a 2 bit out fit mixing their own stuff, which they OPENLY HAVE ADMITTED TO MIXING THEIR OWN STUFF. I don't care what they mix it in, it was a JOKE or facetious about saying they mix it in a vat, a bath tub or whatever. I guess that went over your head. And yes, many people have PM'd me noticing your witch hunt against me. I'm by far not the only one that has said it.

It's about the advertising of 36mg liquids when flavoring has been added. It is the contention of... well... everyone except the vendor that adding Lorann's, no matter how little, will dilute the nicotine strength.

1) Our juice infact comes from a factory located in China
2) We do add Lorann flavorings to it ourselves
3) We are trying a new batch to assure it has enough nicotine and throat hit because most of you were asking for it. We have been trying to do what it took to make you all happy. There are a few people on the board who have tried the new juice, and are very well fond of it, and I am sure more reviews on our product will be posted as soon as we get the new order in.
4) If you are interested in purchasing, please visit our store at Welcome to www.addictionejuice.com. Although the new product is not in at the moment, we will have it posted on the site once we have it.
If the rumor that we mix our juice in a vat in our basement continues without proof, there is going to be a problem here that no one is going to like. The only thing you gain from making fictitious lies about our company is a slander charge. And for those of you who are not sure what slander is, I'll make it easy for you.

i believe my request gave you MORE than ample room to honestly say that you added flavors and rebottled it... i am FAR from on a witch hunt.. i haventordered from you.. and honestly.. since it took a second email stating i was satisfied with your non-answer thank you for replying.. i considered the matter on my end finished... i would not be ordering
i'm done... i just wanted to show tht as you throw stones out at people questioning your business practices and accuse them of slander and lying... there are some of us who've gotten the bigger picture

Got a response back. He wants me to send the juice back before he refunds my $$$...I got a bad feeling about that
Think I'll dispose of it...it wasn't sealed and how do I know it wouldn't be passed on to someone else?!
I'm so disappointed, the emails were one liners, "send it back here and get your refund", no name, no apology, nothing
She sent this email on 3/4 Friday night, and by the sound of it, I don't get the impression that she had already sent the package out. Even if she send this package out on Friday, it would be take at least 3 business days to get to FL form IL. Anyways, on Sunday she starts a new treat warning people that they have her package, and will not refund her money. She also started a paypal dispute on Sunday as well because they have not refunded her money yet.
The best part is I questioned her about when she shipped the package, because I believe it was really shipped Sat morning, the day after her original post. see above. Well when she check her tracking number, what a surprise, it just left Chicago today. I think any normal person would have checked their tracking number before they started spreading false accusations about them getting ripped off. You will get your money back once they receive their product back.

Walrus, I ran this 5% flavoring through Jaxx's Hack-O-Matic Nic calculator & it shows the resulting liquid to be only 34.2ml nic. I guess you are correct
